Attached is Marilyn's email on work day for marching band on Saturday, September 8th. I have added our silk flag alterations on the spreadsheet below and entered everyone's name who replied to me last week that will be available to help. Please feel free to modify the spreadsheet if there are changes. The list is really to take a count for lunch that will be provided.
We will hopefully be able to work in Packard Hall with the other groups but will have a sign posted if we'll be somewhere else. If you could bring a seam ripper and small thread scissor that is all we need.
Lastly, if we are done early and you are able to stay, the uniform folks will probably need some help too.
Thanks to those who already signed up!

Subject: Marching Band work party on Saturday, September 8
Date: September 3, 2018 at 1:13:50 PM PDT
We have another Marching Band work party for parent volunteers on this Saturday, September 8 with a wide array of tasks and projects to work on. We plan to get started around 9 a.m. and work until 2 or 3 p.m.
We will be working on uniforms, getting them hemmed and organized. While we do need a few parents who can sew, we have a lot of non-sewing work that needs to be done as well. We have a spot for everyone!
Sandy, Peter and Gordon also have a few projects, including working on props. Again, all kinds of skills are needed.
Lunch will be served to volunteers.

Come for the whole day or just drop by for a few hours. All help is appreciated!
