|Reminder Mandatory Pre -ID sessions this week|
Due to the changed schedule with SBAC testing this week if you are unable to make your scheduled day please come to one of the other days.
Your AP exams have been ordered through the College Board. To save time on exam days, we will be bubbling in the identifying information on your answer document(s) ahead of time during one of three scheduled Pre-ID sessions, which every AP Student MUST ATTEND. (Please note: If the ONLY exam you are taking is Studio Art, Japanese, or Chinese, you do not need to attend these sessions as you will submit your information electronically.)
All Pre-ID sessions will take place in the theater. Sessions will be divided by grade level. To help balance out the numbers, please attend the session for which you are scheduled. Each session should last around 45 minutes. If you cannot attend on your scheduled day, you must attend one of the other scheduled sessions. The schedule for the Pre-ID sessions is as follows:
9th & 10th Grade: Thursday, April 20th @ 2:45 pm
11th Grade: Wednesday, April 19th @ 2:45 pm
12th Grade: Tuesday, April 18th @ 2:45 pm
· Your permanent ID# - This is this 9-digit number that starts with 1000. It can be found on the demographics page of your SIS account.
· A few No. 2 pencils
· Student ID card
· Something to write on, like a clipboard or binder, as we will be sitting in theater seats.
Remember – NO food or drink is permitted in the theater!
Please report to the theater steps where you will check in based on alphabetical order. There will be signs directing you to the proper table. You will need to show your ID card to the MVHS staff member there, who will then hand you an orange folder. The folder will have a label with your name on it. Each folder will also include an AP Student Pack (with barcode labels) and a blank answer document for each exam you registered.
After receiving your folder, please enter the theater and find a seat. Once everyone is inside, we will start completing the identifying information as a group.
If you have any questions and/or you are unable to attend one of the sessions, please contact Mrs. Ewald at email@example.com. or Ms. Vitz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
